Biography
Notary Uriel Barzilay was inscribed to the roll of the Chambre des notaires du Quebec in 2009. Notary Barzilay’s notarial law practice focuses on real estate transactions, loans and mortgages, wills and power of attorney/mandates as well as non-contentious proceedings before the Superior Court of Quebec.
